CCAA Cane Corsos of Merit

 

CCAA Dogs of Merit Qualifications

The Dog of Merit Page should be a resource to breeders as well as a historical glimpse at some of the finest Corso specimens. The dogs should be accomplished in either Conformation or Working and should owned by a member of the CCAA.

The following criteria will be used in allowing presentation on this page.

  • Dog Must Be Owned By A CCAA Member, in Good Standing
  • Dog Must Be Titled and/ or have achieved significant accomplishments in its area of performance. Examples of  “significant accomplishment” include
    • CCAA Grand Championship
    • Reproduction Champion
    • CCAA Dog/Bitch of  the Year
    • Number 1 in National Breed Rankings for consecutive years-Conformation
    • High In Trial for Obedience

Additional accomplishments may certainly be considered meritorious and would certainly be considered in determining a dogs standing.
